V2.4.9:
- keeps the full discovery pool in KV, but publishes only VERIFIED channels
- updates EPG to /k3v9qm/guide.xml.gz
- normalizes major Tokyo terrestrial tvg-id values for EPG matching
- 10 core channels + 18 rotating channels checked every round
- rotation cursor always advances across the non-core catalog
- SUSPECT channels remain in KV for continued rotation, but are hidden from the player
- same channel can keep up to 6 candidates
- checks multiple candidates before declaring failure
- best currently working candidate is selected
- automatic failover can switch source URLs
- preserves HTTP referrer and user-agent options
- information/donation rows are filtered out
- VERIFIED and SUSPECT stay published
- only 3 consecutive all-candidate HARD failures remove a channel
- persistent health memory in Cloudflare KV
- up to 100 VERIFIED output channels
- normalized-name dedupe removes obvious duplicate rows
- no global crawling
- no login/DRM/token/paywall bypass
